Rental Information:

Written lease required; we have a sample lease available for review,
just contact us.  Lease application required.

Rent:
   $2,000 per month, from October 1 through April 30
   Weekends or shorter periods available by arrangement.

Summer, 2009:  Available weekly, renting from Saturday at 4:00 p.m. until the following Saturday at 10:00 a.m., at $2,600.00 per week.

Off-season:  $300 per night (3 night minimum)

                         $1250 per week

Security Deposit: $500.00.  Written lease, security deposit, and 1/2 of week's rent required to confirm reservation.
